A site in Tsing Yi allocated for logistics purposes received one bid, according to the Transport and Logistics Bureau.

Launched by the government, the site is located at the junction of Tsing Hung Road and Tsing Yi Road, adjacent to the residential estates Rambler Crest and Tsing Fu Court as well as Mapletree Logistics Hub.

It occupies an area of about 477,000 square feet which will be used for logistics services development and public parking.

With a maximum buildable floor area of about 2.45 million square feet, the plot is valued between HK$2.45 billion and HK$3.7 billion, or HK$1,000 to HK$1,510 per sq ft.
